Who we are
Clearstone is a resin bound paving specialist based in West Sussex. Founded and run by Spencer Kennard and the team, we have been designing and installing resin bound surfaces for homes and commercial clients across Sussex, Surrey and London for over 15 years.
We are not a large national firm or a franchise. We are an experienced team that has built its reputation one installation at a time – over 3,600 completed projects, more than 200,000m² of resin bound surface laid. The work speaks for itself. So do the customers who come back to us and recommend us to others.
Why Clearstone?
We’ve been doing this for over 15 years. And we will still be here in another 15. Our guarantee is five years – deliberately considered, not inflated to win jobs. The real guarantee is that we will come back, answer the phone and deal with any problem long after the paperwork says we have to. That is not something a firm that started last year can offer.
Resin bound paving has grown significantly as a market, and with growth has come a long tail of new operators who are quick to quote, slow to deliver and difficult to find afterwards. We have seen the results of poor installations – wrong specifications, failing bases, surfaces that look good for a season and deteriorate from there.

How we work
We manage every installation from first contact to finished surface. One of our team will visit the site, assess what is there and give you an accurate quote – not a ballpark figure, a real number based on what the job actually involves.
We don’t farm work out to subcontractors. The team that surveys your project is connected to the team that installs it. Groundworks are handled by trusted partners we have worked alongside for years – but you deal with us throughout. One point of contact. One guarantee that covers everything.
